I did this one right after finished the "In the forest 1" and is in some ways a continuation of it. It is not as abstract, but still with loose and rough brush strokes.
I like how the background here gives just enough depth. Amazing to me how you can do that - take the viewer deep into the scene with just a few strokes. I really want to take a walk in those woods!
It has another mood to it, as if it is towards the end of the day, not so sunny as the first one, but beautiful , too.
