I thought I post this one as a contrast to what I have posted lately. I didn't have any intentions to go less abstract with this one, it just happened. I wanted to do a new version of an old painting/composition of mine. I went up in size, toned a scrapped panel with a deep pink transparent color, that way I had some lovely patterns to incorporate (been doing that a lot lately).
In this case the patterns lead me to a more detailed and less abstract painting, which doesn't have to be a bad thing.
