This is a simple Iris painting. Have no idea why, can't put my finger on it, but this is one of those photographs that doesn't do the painting justice.
Wow, this is very interesting. A different take on your favorite floral subject. The yellow edges make it fun, and I love the bits of dark ground peeking through.
