After doing a few small and medium paintings with forest explorations, I went big again. I am having a blast with these explorations and I learn a lot. I have realized that if I go too much into a "realistic approach" I get bored and I don't like it. I have no idea where this journey will take me, but I'm sure I have to keep my own approach to get there.
Comment ne pas vouloir se perdre dans une telle forêt ?!... MAGNIFIQUE.
SvaraRaderaGros bisous
I write about chinese style of painting inveted in Russia, maybe you will be interested to learn about it :)
SvaraRaderaI like the way you paint, it is very unique.
Thank you for your comment. I do see some Asian similarities in some paintings when it comes to how I work with my brush strokes.
RaderaRight, you are expressive, you show the sense of object, not the detailed copy, it is one of the principles in Chinese painting - resemblence is less important than the expression :)
SvaraRaderaYou are right. I want to interpret the subject. Give my take on it. The painting/object should be recognizable, but I don't want it to be photo realistic. I get no satisfaction in that.
RaderaThank you for your comments and input, they were interesting and in lightning.
Did you study the painting somewhere? for me it is easier to express the sense as I don't have any classical education in the field :)
RaderaSorry, my first comment came from another account. The blog is written under this one:)
SvaraRaderaYou really feel like entering this forest, there is like an opening in the beginning which is vey inviting.
