Tree abstraction 2

One of my most viewed paintings is the recently sold painting "Tree abstraction 1". I have been fooling around, taking a more abstract approach to my latest forest paintings. The colors and inspiration comes from from darker scenes and cherry trees in full bloom. One can see them all over town. I will take new pictures of my latest paintings, but this have to do for now.

    Gros bisous

  6. We've got lots of cherry trees blooming here in Toronto too. They are so wonderful. I'm glad that they have inspired you! Your pinks and gray violets together are fantastic.
    Awesome.
