I didn't have any intention to post this one, not one of my favorites, but people around me have other ideas, they like it.
I just went exploring with this one. I had no reference photo or planned direction, it just evolved along the way.
Sometimes our opinion about our work is not the same as the one of others...in good or bad :-)) But I think the people around you were right, it is beautiful, great depth !
Oh, I like it! Kind of has a fish eye lens effect to it. And the way the tree trunks bow towards each other frames a gateway to wander deeper into the scene. The pink is fun, as it is in your last one as well. Just goes to show, we are all terrible at predicting what others will like! :)
I'm glad you did post it! Obviously the people around you know what they are talkin' about. It's nice to have people with a good eye around. I haven't been to your blog in a week and these last three posts are such a treat. HP
