This is the first painting I did in this series and it inspired the ones that followed. I wanted the connection with nature, but to keep it as abstract as possible.
Thank you Jane. A good and bad things with my approach is that I define 2 values with my line work. The black and white. Then I have to work with all the things between.
I appreciate the sophistication of the design and colors in this wonderful painting. The negative and positive elements forming a complex image keeps me interested.
In this painting you have made that variation that I also liked in the last post; you have made the leaves at the bottom darker. I like that, it´s a nice variation in the picture. And it makes the painting interresting.
The word softness comes to my mind here, lovely colors - great first piece.

Thank you Julie. I took the inspiration from the Rowan berry paintings and took it further.
RaderaQuand votre nature joue avec l'eau et la lumière... J'aime la fraîcheur de vos couleurs.

Thank you Martine. Big hug to you too.
RaderaIt looks like you are moving into abstract painting with ease! I think it must suit you well.
SvaraRaderaHappy Painting!
Thank you Nora. I always simplify and paint partially abstract. How much abstract, depend on the mood. =)
